・To apply, please use the "tvk Ticket Counter Special Online Reservation" system.
・No membership registration is required for the tvk ticket counter.
・You can choose to pay for your tickets by credit card or Seven-Eleven payment.
When purchasing tickets, please make sure to purchase them under your own name.
・Please pick up your tickets at 7-Eleven.
*When purchasing, you will be charged a system fee of 440 yen per transaction and a ticket paper fee of 140 yen per ticket.
*Tickets are required for children 4 and over. (Free for children up to 3 years old. However, those who require a seat will be charged.)
*Children's tickets are for elementary school students and younger. *Students are university students (including graduate students) and vocational school students. *Seniors are 65 years old and older.
*Students will need to present their student ID at the venue, and seniors and children will need to present a document that can verify their age at the venue.
*Please note that refunds will not be available after tickets have been purchased.
*You can choose your seat location from the seating chart.

*Premium Seat 1 and Premium Seat 2 are not eligible for discounts.

When you visit, please bring one item per person that can verify that you live, work or study along the Seibu Line.
At the entrance, we will check your identity and address.

* Please note that if we are unable to confirm your address due to forgetting your certificate, etc., you will be required to pay the difference.
*Please note that we cannot pay the fare difference to customers who have purchased general tickets, even if they live, work, or study along the Seibu Line.
